Action for Wiesenthal
Weeknummer 67-17
De Troye, radio secretary of VARA broadcasting, offered Nazi hunter Simon Wiesenthal 250,000 guilders, raised through the Van Harte fundraising campaign. Radio programmers Henk van Stipriaan and Kees Buurman, organizers of the action, are present. Wiesenthal expresses his gratitude for the donation and says he considers it a moral support for his work.
