The mine service back in Den Helder
Weeknummer 48-08
Six minesweepers of the Royal Netherlands Navy have been stationed in IJmuiden since the end of the Second World War. They are now permanently returning to their home port of Den Helder. While sailing over the North Sea, they celebrate the electric sweeping cables. In the harbour of Nieuwediep they moor at the quay.
