Rockets, dangerous toys
Week number 58-12
With permission of the Ministry of War, amateurs from Haarlem launched a home-made rocket on the military training ground at Petten. The builder mixes the fuel and pours it into the rocket. The electric ignition refuses, ignition with magnesium also fails and with the last means, butane gas, the rocket explodes, slightly wounding one person.
