In the vicinity of the Betuwe town of Acquoy, in the former polder pumping station 'De oude horn', a centre for glass culture has been established. SHOTS: ext. pumping station; various glass sculptures; founders Willem Hesen and Piet van Kley during blowing of glass and creation of artworks. DECLARATION (off screen) by Willem Hesen, who explains what he wants to achieve in the centre.
