Patrick Murphy was my grandfather. Terence O'Reilly was a Private in the Leinster Regiment No. 3786. He wa skilled in action on April 7th 1915 in France.
Patrick Murphy was a private in the Irish Guards (5784) between 1914-1919. He was a Lieutenent Corporal but was demoted to private in the Western Front. He reentered as a Private in May 1915. He went to Liverpool hospital from gunshot wounds …
