Artilleryman Friedrich Warnke at Western Front
Friedrich Warnke (1898-1972 ?) volunteered for army service in 1915 and was employed in Bromberg. He came from Bischwitz (Zbyschwitz), Kolmar district, province of Posen in West Prussia. Warnke was ordered to France for mounted artillery to be used on the western front. At the end of the war he suffered a bullet in the lung and was admitted to the hospital.
