Anmerkung: 1904 meldete die Freiburger Musikinstrumentenbau-Firma M. Welte & Söhne ein Mignon-Klavier zum Patent an, welches es ermöglichte die Interpretation eines Pianisten detailgetreu aufzuzeichnen und zwar auf eine Papierrolle, in die Köcher gestanzt wurden, welche sowohl Taste, Anschlagstärke und die diversen Pedalfunktionen festhielten.
